Grudge or resentment are like a small cup of poison, which
take someone, pretending to hurt someone who hates or has not been able
forgive; something like that, like having your wrist handcuffed, that memory or
person who scare you to the place or job you are going to. Forgiveness is necessarily to forget, whatever the consequence of the damage caused.
With wise and eternal reason, the Rabbi of the wise expressed:
3 Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
4 And if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in a day returns to you, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.” (Luke 17:3-4 NKJV)
Do not remember the wrongdoing of your brother (a), forgive yourself and you will be free
to shelter and strengthen the sad, naked and unhappy, in his spirit,
mind and heart.
