Powerful Hands

The night was very dark and inevitably the passenger bus was heading out of control towards the mighty river, the heartbreaking and desperate screams of the passengers could be heard; terror and panic took over the interior of the vehicle as it took hurried turns towards fatality. In an instant, dark and gloomy, the strong and deep current of water, began to be the grave of dozens of people; and then, only the indomitable roar of the river could be heard.

Miraculously! A man was left on the bank, clinging to some branches; when he was found by the relief agencies, very weak, he told them that when he asked God for mercy, declaring the power of the blood of Christ, something pulled him out of the uncontrolled vehicle as they fell, and perishing, he felt a hand pull him to the shore.

Isaiah 53:4-5 NKJV

4 Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
