History records some degrading and worrying data on the social behavior of women and men; for example, in Pompeii, the Roman city that was destroyed by a volcano, the only two paid jobs for women were prostitution and housework; and in ancient Egypt, where slavery was practiced, to serve in the best families, there were even volunteers. Sometimes, ruined people sold themselves to rich families.

The God of heaven and earth does not have the purpose of inventing sentences without reason or persecuting mankind so that they do not continue to fall in their uncontrolled and arrogant opposition to His perfect commandments; His desire is that we proceed to repentance, from a voluntary, humble decision, without any pressure.

Romans 3:10-18 NKJV

10 As it is written:

“There is none righteous, no, not one;
11 There is none who understands;
There is none who seeks after God.
12 They have all turned aside;
They have together become unprofitable;
There is none who does good, no, not one.”
