From Heaven

In the decade of the 50's, someone, among a group of missionaries flying in a small plane over a vast region of Africa, threw at random a New Testament; twenty years passed for some evangelists to visit this continent. On their way, with admirable surprise! They found a village that knew about Jesus and his sacrifice for mankind for salvation.

The servants of God asked them twenty questions about the Bible, which were unquestionably answered; then they proceeded to be baptized in the name of Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins. They did not need a mission, a church or a preacher to understand and obey the simple and profound desire of God; it was enough that a part of this wonderful book fell into the hands of a tribe far from "civilization" for faith to germinate.

Matthew 22:14 NKJV

14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Romans 9:25-26 NKJV

25 As He says also in Hosea:

“I will call them My people, who were not My people,
And her beloved, who was not beloved.”
26 “And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them,
‘You are not My people,’
There they shall be called sons of the living God.”

John 10:16 NKJV

16 And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.

Jeremiah 31:33-34 NKJV

33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”
