About to leave to run some errands, he rings the phone; and to his surprise, it is a friend he has not heard or seen for years; they laugh, remembering good times in the past, but eight minutes have passed and he remembers that he goes to the bank early every Monday morning. He says goodbye to his great friend, promising to talk to him later, but he is aware that he will be a few minutes late to withdraw some money.
When he arrives, what a surprise! There had been a robbery on the floor where he was supposed to be, with a tragic result of eight fatalities; terrified and very worried, he asked a guard of the bank office, how long ago was the incident? He answered: eight minutes at the most.
There is a high probability that that day was the day of his death; but perhaps, a gesture of his soul or a sincere intention from his heart, in the spirit of change, was perceived by his Creator.
