Being a child, when I was three or four years old and while enjoying a nice day with my family, I jumped into the pool believing that everything would be fine and that it was not deep enough; but, what a scare and inexpressible anguish when I did not touch the bottom! And when I felt that life was abandoning me, the instinct of self-preservation in me, took over the situation and without knowing how to swim, my feet moved strongly, until I could reach the edge and there, be helped by some adults.

Only an imperceptible divine touch was enough to overcome unexpected and dangerous moments.

Isaiah 40:22 NKJV

22 It is He who sits above the circle of the earth,
And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers,
Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain,
And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in.

Isaiah 43:2 NKJV

2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned,
Nor shall the flame scorch you.

Joel 3:10 NKJV

10 Beat your plowshares into swords
And your pruning hooks into spears;
Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’ ”

Matthew 10:29-31 NKJV

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.
