Cereal, No

After having a successful and secure job for many years, which offered comfort, a large house and food in abundance, many have been forced to visit economic hardship, live with hardship and dine accompanied by hunger.

It is sad and inevitably disturbing, to hear young people who, having a nutritious meal on their table two or three times a week, express with reluctance: "something other than cereal"; fortunately, they have had the constant blessing of receiving their daily bread from God, and it is not that they have to experience extreme physical weakness for not feeding themselves, to be in solidarity with those who suffer in this aspect.

Because of their young age, they do not have much knowledge as to what their response should be when the cupboard in their homes does not have much variety of ingredients to prepare tasty dishes.

Philippians 4:12-13 NKJV

12 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Luke 10:8 NKJV

8 Whatever city you enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you.

Proverbs 9:9-11 NKJV

9 Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser;
Teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.

10 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,
And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
11 For by me your days will be multiplied,
And years of life will be added to you.
