Believing and Believing Him

One of the most dangerous and delicate contradictions of some religious leaders is to doubt the majestic and powerful capacity of the Creator to perform miracles today; it is easy to believe in God, but to accept that He can heal people from any type of illness is something that requires commitment, fidelity, devotion and humility before our Lord Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, they border on blasphemy by "biblically explaining" that miracles, healings and deliverances are not for the 21st century; that they had their purpose in the beginnings of the Christian church. What an absurd and dangerous conclusion!

Will the Holy One, the Almighty, God of heaven and earth, change His methodology, His way of being and disposition? Categorically, NO!

Clearly, a spirit of unbelief is at work in them, and this kind of possession does not come out except by fasting and prayer.

Mark 16:17-20 NKJV

17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. 20 And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

James 5:13-15 NKJV

13 Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

Hebrews 13:8 NKJV

8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

James 1:17 NKJV

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
